reasonable stay with some drawbacks

stationary bike jogging track dirty cloth minor amount

i found the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a jogging track was also available. the breakfast included thai and western options, and i think it was satisfactory.

during my visit, i learned i would be charged for a dirty face cloth. it was used for cleaning a bike. the front desk insisted, even if amount was minor.

Excellent Sports Facilities and Great Service

fantastic massages sore muscles private lessons desired focus

i had multiple massages with apple at the spa, who is fantastic. she adapted her technique to accommodate my sore and stiff muscles. she worked more on flexibility and muscle relaxation after a couple of sessions. aum, my tennis coach, adapted private lesson sessions to my fitness level and desired focus.

The hotel only offers shower gel and shampoo, so bring your own conditioner if you need it. you can also ask for a drying rack. I put it outside my room to dry off my sweaty clothes.

the food was delicious with a good mix of healthy choices. i also found some not-so-healthy options to treat myself after hard exercise. the coffee, juices, wraps, and snacks supported my active holiday.

The hotel sits amid lots of tropical greenery and trees. i went to the beach a couple times. I managed to get around using grab. the spacious campus has quality facilities. It has calmness.
